“In these gatherings, we will be addressing the brain and body states of the adults in our buildings that can contribute to overall well-being! We will explore how adversity and trauma impact the adult brain and body state and how we can build resiliency with one another in all times, but especially during this pandemic and restlessness in our communities, schools, and homes. Our brains and bodies are built to always heal, and repair and we all carry a great deal of emotional contagion. When we carry in calm nervous systems, our students feel the shifts inside their bodies and brains.”
