ABOUT THE EVENT
Strengthening Families Program: Free Family Dinner & Workshop
The Strengthening Families Program (SFP) is a nationally recognized family skills training program designed to strengthen family relationships and improve communication. Families with children ages 8–15 participate in weekly sessions focused on positive parenting, youth skills, and family bonding—all in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Who Can Attend
Families who live or work in Cape May County
Must have at least one child ages 8–15
Commitment to attend at least 5 of 7 sessions
What’s Included
Free family dinner at each session
Separate parent and youth breakout sessions
Program materials provided
On‑site childcare available
