About the event
Adult Mental Health First Aid (Virtual)
Cape Assist’s Adult Mental Health First Aid training equips you with essential skills to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. This virtual course covers key topics, including recognizing common symptoms, interacting with individuals in crisis, and connecting them to appropriate help. Expanded content focuses on trauma, substance use, and self-care, providing practical tools for real-life situations.
