Keynote presentation by Joe Faldetta “The Calm and the Storm”

Helping professions and relationships often require working with people who are dysregulated or in crisis. The presentation will focus on why sometimes de-escalating strategies don’t work in a crisis. The presenter will explore key components of self-regulation with the goal of achieving the calm influence on someone who may be at their most in need.
