Event attendees can enjoy a 50% discount on a standard classic room during the evening of the 9th Annual Endless Summer Benefit. Eligible sponsors can enjoy a 60% discount on a standard classic room.

The discount is ONLY available to event attendees and eligible sponsors. See room information below for more details and restrictions.

Hotel Room Stay Requirements
 

  • Only guest who have purchased a ticket or sponsorship (excluding "Event Support Sponsor") are eligible for the discounted room rates

  • Name on Room Request form MUST match name of an event ticket holder/sponsor

  • Hotel room cannot be transferred or redeemed for credit/cash value

  • Eligible sponsorships for discounted rates: (bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond). Sponsors receive a 60% discount - see sponsorships for details

  • The discounted rates are ONLY valid for one (1) night and only during the day/night of the 9th Annual Endless Summer Benefit (Thursday, September 21, 2023)

  • All hotel room requests MUST be done by September 10th. Payment for rooms are due within 5 days of receiving invoice. Otherwise, room reservation will be cancelled automatically

  • Guests must present a valid credit card to cover any additional fees such as room charges and damages

  • Room refund requests will be accepted after September 10, 2023.

Hotel Policy
 

  • Guests can check in at 3PM during the day of the event.

  • Checkout is 10AM

  • Guest with the hotel room reservation must be at least 21 years of age or older to check in

  • A valid Driver's License or state/government issued ID is required upon check-in

  • Name must match ID used during check in and the reservation name

  • Pets are not permitted unless they are a service animal - emotional/therapy support animals are not considered service animals

  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited inside hotel or restaurant

  • Cape Assist and/or Icona Windrift reserves the right to cancel reservation at anytime without prior notice
