ACHIEVING PERSONAL BALANCE
(APB)




Achieving Personal Balance (APB) is a FREE six-week program designed to develop and apply effective coping strategies to deal with stressors at work and at home life. The program will help individuals modify or eliminate sources of stress while teaching coping techniques to handle stressors that cannot be eliminated.
The program meets twice a week over a six-week course for a total of 12 sessions. Achieving Personal Balance (APB) is often offered in conjunction with our other programs, such as CareGiver Support, Strengthening Families Program (SFP), and Military Strengthening Families Program (MSFP).
