ACHIEVING PERSONAL BALANCE (APB)
Achieving Personal Balance (APB) is a FREE six-week program designed to develop and apply effective coping strategies to deal with stressors at work and at home life. The program will help individuals modify or eliminate sources of stress while teaching coping techniques to handle stressors that cannot be eliminated.
The program meets twice a week over a six-week course for a total of 12 sessions. The program is FREE to attend for individuals who reside or work in Cape May County.
