| Cape Assist is a RADAR
Network (Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource) State Associate Site.
We maintain a vast library of literature and resources on a variety of drug
and alcohol topics. Some items are available in Spanish, and all
information is free to the public. Bulk orders are available upon request;
please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We also provide grant-funded
presentations on various substance abuse topics. For more information about
