What are Community Partnerships for a Tobacco Free New Jersey?
Funded by the NJ’s Comprehensive Tobacco Control Program, Community Partnerships for a Tobacco-Free New Jersey are community organizations who join together to change the community perception that tobacco use is an acceptable behavior.
Why does Cape May County need Community Partnerships for a Tobacco-Free New Jersey?
In 2003, Cape May County was 20% above the corresponding State rate in lung cancer for both males and females.
Where are Community Partnerships for a Tobacco-Free New Jersey programs held in Cape May County?
Community Partnerships programs are held at government agencies, local businesses, and other community organizations. Their goal is to increase the community’s awareness of the harmful effects of smoking in Cape May County.

                     - A free face-to-face counseling at Shore Memorial Hospital.
